COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12IFC77A1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lexmark parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leach product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the G3PE545B3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 24T7352 manufactured by Lexmark and we are pleased to be able to service most Lexmark systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TD8435S by Manufacturer Leach as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand 145D4753G01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mgeneral-Electric such as PJC11AV1A equipment made by Mgeneral-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mgeneral-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mgeneral-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4U4130 made by Joslyn-Clark as well as the popular VS187 original spares produced by Leach Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA165861 by Flowline and PJC11AV1A spares by Mgeneral-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RC222ABN624A949H01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
